Credit for DOD Promotion not posted as promised.

I just happened not read that discussion owing to my busy schedule. So let me put it straight now.

That credit was supposed to be adjusted with eBay invoice as discussed. But later on there was no further response. So when I again inquired I was told to send a soft copy of the invoice. which I sent immediately. That was not enough and I was further asked to send a bill with my TIN number to eBay . It was 100% illogical and simply meant to put a new layer of Red Tape on refund but still I sent it. After it I have had no response from eBay team,

Meanwhile In this regard I have sent 4 Mails to my account manager and I have not received a reply till date.
1st mail- July 2nd
2nd Mail- July 28th
3rd Mail- August 19th
4th Mail- Sep 24th


I never wanted to use this public forum for a problem which is of personal nature but this blackout in communication is forcing me too. Its hardly a matter of 1700 Rs but I am annoyed with the carelessness which has been shown.

Anyways I am sending a copy of the invoice again this Monday. And I sincerely hope that credit will be processed and this matter settled amicably.

Come on ebay settle this matter once and for all so that other sellers who want to participate in DOW should feel safe in this regard and buyers also get a good choice.

Ebay should make it a win-win(EARN) situation for all, not just for themselves.

Hi Rajeev & linusstudios,

Mee too also faced this issue.My FVF is pending from March 2010. No one is paying attention towards it. If you are unable to provide FVF then I will suggest no to commit for the same. My FVF is pending since from March 2010. Also I seen that they are taking products of same seller again for selling means in DOW or etc..

This is really a very bad thing. I have stopped sending them lowest quotes.

Yes it was DOD. And while breaking the price ebay management offered me some credit per shirt. I gave it @ price they wanted.

Thats bad, did they explain you for getting the credit, you will have to go through all this hasslesome procedures.

This behavior will repel Sellers from DOD.
The already mismanaged product need to be corrected.


I swear i will not participate in DOD before any written pact with ebay!
