Previously such listing have been pulled down(prohibited by ebay policy. I believe that instead of threatening other sellers you should concentrate on your own sales. There is absolutely no harm and no violation of any ebay policy in giving the the size chart and that too it is inactive chart. I don't how on earth size chart of an apparel can encourage off-ebay sales ???.

This looks to be a case of sour grapes....is it.
