Please reply to this.
How do we come to know whether a buyer has chosen COD, Chq, DD as their option, as of now we just receive a mail that "The buyer has agreed to use your preferred payment method"
Why do we get 2 seperate mails when a buyer chooses "Paisapay" , one was enough as it is we are bombarded with mails, too much to manage.
Previously we used to get the credit card details, like buyers name and name on card, but now this is not avialable so that we could verify at our end.
How do we come to know whether the buyer has paid using credit card or bank transfer.
I had 3 seperate orders of the same buyer , same product, Why are you not giving us order nos like before to make life easy.
The features of "Selling manager" is the same that baazee used to provide free of charge, it just shows the summarry.
Order management has become complicated my dear baazee, previously it was childs play now it's like "bacche ki jaan loge" 😉
Hope you reply i'll get back to you with more later.
