I purchased a mobile phone from an ebay shop : nilezone" in the month of sept. The phone had problems and I contacted the seller NILEZONE, Mr. NAZIR I SHAIK . One year warranty was offred at the time purchase and accordingy he informed me that he will replace the unit if the problems found serios, Now the phone is not working and i send complaint o ebay and also to seller. But no reply now. Is this the service of ebay? I wonder.
It is shoked to see that the nilezone shop doesnot exists in ebay now. It is cheating. I will write in all forums and do all best i can to discurrange ebay purchasing unless I do not get a satisfactory reply.
