paisapay tax 4.705%
listing tax 1%
FVF tax 5.618%
Total Tax of 11.323%
If that is the case I can earn profit on ebay. Fake sellers are already overcharging 12.5% VAT to cover all explained above. Are genuine sellers forced to become cheats on ebay? For this reason I have reduced all activities on ebay.

Thank you for reporting such an instance to us through this forum. I'd like to enforce that there is no such tax called as PaisaPay Tax and hence a member cannot charge any tax that does not exist.
Having said that, I've reported the member to our concerned team and rest be assured that necessary actions will be taken. I'll also encourage that members report such violations through 'Contact Us' for prompt actions and thereby benefiting the entire community.
Once again thank you shivamemory for doing your bit in helping us make eBay.in the safest online marketplace.
Regards,
Indraneel

Many sellers over charge VAT from 4% to 12.5% . Does ebay reliase that its also a violation?
Or its ok to hold nose round the neck if you cannot hold it straight?
The seller in question was only selling one item and it was removed. I have seen sellers selling thousands of items by overcharging VAT to 12.5% and ebay keeps its eyes closed for such violations.
Or is it that if some one complaints on this forum or to ebay directly than only ebay acts??
