You can email at training.india@ebay.com for selling at ebay. eBay provides free telephonic training to the sellers in order to help you start and grow your business on ebay. Once you write in to the email id, ebay will get in touch with you at the earliest.
Here you would get all the information you need.

In simple words the ebay fees are as follows:-

Item not sold............................ No Fee

Item sold between Rs. 0.01 -Rs.4,000.00 .....5% of the closing price, minimum Rs. 3.00

Item sold for Over Rs.4,000.01 ..............5% of the initial Rs. 4,000.00 plus 2.5% of the remaining closing price (Rs. 4,000.01 to closing price)

I was told that ebay will charge only if the oetm is sold and you receive the payment. Suppose i had some item which was bidded by someone and at the end of the time the bidder has met the reserve price also. And after that if the bidder does not turn or is blocked by ebay then do we need to pay the charges to ebay

Dear murgad,
If a item is sold then ebay charges you the FVF. If the buyer does not pay within next 7 days then you could file a unpaid item dispute against him. If the buyer does not responds to the unpaid item reminder then after 8 days seller can claim the ebay FVF. If you want to know the complete procedure then I would advice you to email the ebay seller training centre at training.india@ebay.com.
Ebay will call you on your contact number free of cost and will give a brief seller tutorial and during which you can ask about unpaid items FVF claim procedure also.
