Can we get an ebay ID if the same is not in use for many years

Dear eBay India customer support team.
Is there any possibility to get a user ID which is not in use by original registered user for many years ????

I am interested in a user ID which is registered in USA having last feedback dated 2003 .

Nah i dont feel its possible. Until the user changes his id and makes it available...

No, you cannot get the ID even if it's dormant for many years.

Either the owner of that ID gets himself unregistered of changes his ID to some other name .... then you can get that ID.

That also after 30 days of doing so. .
