Can I withdrow fund from paypal using HDFS netsef(VCC card)

Hi
i have paypal account and i suscessfuly verifyed my paypal account used HDFS netsef(VCC card)which is valied 24 hours only

one more thing i found that,afer added VCC card on my paypal,when i going to my paypal "profile/Add or Edit Credit Card section" there is a message showing at right hand side like "Accepts PayPal withdrawals "

so thats mean i can withdrow balance from my paypal account to HDFS netsef(VCC card)right?
but HDFS netsef(VCC card)is valied only 24 hours,so if i withdrow balance afetr 24 hours to my VCC card then what will be happend??

another question:
if my paypal balance successfuly sent to my HDFS netsef(VCC card)then how to add this balance from netsef(VCC card) to my HDFC bank account balance?

any idea please

This is not the correct way of withdrawing funds. Your transaction will be held for 60 days. Don't use it.

afeter 60 days later what will be happend to balance? will it be returnback to my paypal balance?

If I withdraw paypal funds to my master card CC, then also would it happen ( held for 60 days)??

My bank Union bank of India , is not NEFT enabled , so I cannot withdraw funds direct to my bank account .

Hi aaaatheone and Ramkrishan,

I am referring to withdrawal to a Virtual Credit Card. It is risky. So do not withdraw to VCC.

You may withdraw to your any Credit Card. But I haven't used it and I don't know how far is it safe.

Withdrawing to your NEFT enabled bank account is 100% safe and fast.
