When the buyers win the bid,they don't pay.It seems they are bidding just for fun sake.

In this type of cases send the order payment statement to won bidder and requsting to complete payment for successful transaction even try to contact the bidder. If not paid for the bid then file a claim on the bidder

yes many buyers are doing time pass and FVF is being charged. better wait for 4 days and then file UPI case and then after 4 days of UPI, close the case and get FVF credit
