Buyer says he did not got his product.

I shipped the product to the buyer on 26.12.08 itself but the buyer now says that he did not got his item. I even got my paisapay remmitence for that product. What shall I do now. The buyer mail below.

I again Repeat you that where is my item in your status yuo said that "item was send via Blazeflash Courior and received on 6 jan 2009 but i haven't received it still today. please give me reply otherwise this will be my last email and than i will send total details to consumer protector and also to india tv

There is nothing to panic. Just ask the copy of P.O.D. i.e. Proof Of Delivery from the Blazeflash Courier Ltd. If the delivery had been made the Blazeflash Courier Ltd. will provide you the POD. If the delivery has not been made yet, call the respective Blazeflash office and ask them to deliver the consignment immediately. Also call the buyer and ask him not to worry at all. Never lose your buyer and do anything or everything to keep your buyer happy.

just ignore him if u have received ur payment.

Dont worry at all
it is comman now a days .. buyer even deny the tracking details . Keep POD handy so if he do chargeback or something like that . I got several similar threats even got a negative feedback too .

better ask him to contact IndiaTV .. you will become popular as you will also get chance to proof yourself and show the scammer face to world
