This is the first time I've sold something through eBay.in and the buyer who is in a remote location in West Bengal is trying to cheat both eBay and myself. The place is sort of like a town/village, the address provided by the buyer did not have street name, house number etc. so it made me suspicious but after he confirmed I sent him the shipment:

Upon his request I sent him the shipment to his place using SpeedPost/IndiaPost,

The product was a used Corsair TX850 850W PSU. Now, the buyer is claiming that the SMPS he recieved is not the Corsair one. I allege that he's trying to cheat and he had opened an eBay Guarantee claim against me. I phoned him on his given contact number and when I asked to send me photos of the SMPS he is not complying.
I just have photos of the box and the SMPS, as well as with my original desktop which is already sold in the following web directory;
Any suggestions? Following is the claim related information.
