Bad service by paisapay...4th Nov remittance not received

Paisapay remittance for 4th Nov 2013 is still not received in ICICI bank till now(8:20pm).

Other website's who paid remittance on 4th Nov is already received at 5pm today in my bank but only ebay's remittance is NOT received and this happens everytime whenever there is some hoiliday or the other, only ebay's remittance is ALWAYS DELAYED, why so can someone from ebay explain ???????

I called them and they told me to wait till today evening

I just called them again and they told me we will receive the money between 7-8 pm today. So we have to wait till they process
