I would like to suggest that for second hand products being listed on this site, the photographs attached should be of actual product condition and not one that is copied from various websites (which shows the products new and fresh). Although a cost would be incurred by the seller for scanning and taking photographs, it would ensure authenticity regarding the product condition (instead of saying "just like new:, "without any scratches" etc.) and improve the decision making ability of the buyer in lesser time. Also with sellers not being prompt with the queries addressed to them, showing actual product condition image will be helpful and should be made mandatory by the ebay team..Thanks
