Auctions at 1 Rupee

I have seen many auctions at Rupee 1 and a shipping fee of Rs 300. It seems to me that they are trying not to pay the ebay fee. Doesnt ebay do something about it? or is that allowed.

I suggest you to calculate both the product price and shipping price and then commit to buy. There are lot of products which are low & affordable compared to Local Market Prices. ---------------
