Any news about shipping deadline?

Hello,
I heard that PaisaPay shipping deadline to international buyers will henceforth be one month instead of 3 weeks.But I dont see any circular.
One month is reasonable because in case of delay,we complain to indiapost after 15 days and give a reminder after 7 days of complain.That makes 22 days.
Previously mail to US was taking just 7 to 10 days.Now this is taking normally about 18 to 20 days.But there is no maths that works perfecly in such cases. Delay has become a routine affair.
Moreover island countries and southern Europe takes very long time.
I shall appreciate very much if there is any good news from any knowledgeable person.

We want the same treatment as PayPal.
PayPal is also 21 but thats all.No problem at all.We manage to survive because Europeans,north and latin Americans and island country buyers are good people.PaisaPay does not attract them.We encourage them to use PaisaPay.Otherwise they always prefer PayPal.

I ship mostly cross border.PaisaPay should look into problems of cross border shippers.India no problem at all.With its nonpaying buyers and chargebacks,it is a happy community,God bless you.Most of my Indian buyers are joy bidders.
Only some Mumbaikars,B'loreans and Hyderabadis are exceptionally good.
