Neutral feedback is more harmful than negative, Because we have No option for it, however if buyer leave negative feedback then we can atleast appeal in community court if we are right, but atleast we have a option....

But no option for neutral and ebay Calculate as a strike against seller....

Buyer think they are nor giving positive nor negative and its not harmful for sellers....

I absolutely agree. I have recently received 2 neutral feedbacks with positive comments. This is really unfair and eBay should do something regarding this.

I will try writing to rswebhelp, lets see what happens.

Hi,
Whenever we try & submit our appeal against the negative feedback in the community court, it shows error & thus we are unable to submit the same. This is going on since a week.

Fellow sellers, Please let us know if anyone else is facing this issue or it is only at our end. We have checked it on all our computers, laptops, but the issue remains.

Best Regards,
RG_Diamonds

ebay Community Court FAQs Say-

"
Why can I only appeal against negative feedback, not neutrals or even positives unfair comments?

Community Court is currently a trial service, and we wanted to start off with the cases of unfair feedback that have the greatest impact on our users. If the trial is successful, we might consider broadening the criteria in the future.
"

I think the time has now come that ebay end the trial period and cover all sort of unjustified feedbacks. I am getting neutrals for all silly reasons. Some oversmart people are using the advantage of the fact that neutrals cannot be removed to bring bad name to many reputed sellers.

yes, you are abolutely right...ebay should introduce neutrals and unfair feedbacks in community court....

This will help sellers and buyers too....

Good buyers dont leave any Neutral / negative feedback... he will talk with seller first...and all sellers here are so co-operative and make out the solution for sure.....

I have received a few neutral feedback from the buyers who do not know anything about the product, nor they bother to ask questions and educate themselves before buying the product. Even when product specifications are clearly mentioned in the listing, they complain about product being of inferior quality and its never good enough for the amount that has been paid. They will pay for Alto and expect Ferrari! Is there any way to educate these buyers? We have been urging buyers to get in touch with us for clarifications/explanations before leaving a negative/neutral feedback, but all in vain. Sadly, this problem is more persistent with Indian buyers. But thank god, majority of customers are sensible.
