And all the cases open on our account. We have delivered all the orders. And all orders are delivered within 4 to 5 days of case opening. And in one case the item was already delivered. And when we sent the delivery proof to Buer. So Buer also accepted. That I had opened this case by mistake. Due to all these cases BBE rating became high. And selling privilege was imposed on my account. It is very little our fault. And all our orders are shipped via EGS via FedEx. And due to the delay of the shipping company, the order could not be delivered to the buyer on time. That's why my BBE rating became high. Now you tell me what we should do.

Selling privilege restriction has been imposed on our account due to which we are not able to sell right now Total 7 cases were open on our account in which 1 item was delivered on time but 6 items were delivered after the estimated delivery date. We have not given refund to any buyer Our all 7 items have been delivered to our buyer's. Can you tell me how long this selling privilege restriction will remain on our account and It is written in your policy that (What should I do if my account has been restricted due to its performance issues? Will the action be removed if my INR% improves in the next evaluation cycle.)

not reinstate i am also face same problem i have 3 cases and in 2 cases item is already delivered and in another one buyer not pay custom duty and taxes and i tell this to ebay earlier and ebay close all case in favor of me without refunding to buyer but still ebay restricted my account and not reinstate.

i also contact several times to ebay customer support but they also says your account is permanently restricted.

so here i am not understood that why ebay said this

eBay will still evaluate the INR% of your accounts as long as there are eligible transactions. The restriction will be removed automatically once your INR% is lower or on par with the market average in the subsequent evaluation periods."

if they not reinstate account then said your account is not reinstate so we move new platform or do another thing??

i think ebay not want sellers from india, in last 3 months ebay close approx 300 to 400 account only in jaipur state.

all big players just like walmart,alibaba.com,amazon.com improve and move to india but ebay only close indian sellers account.

eBay dont care and ebay India team seems to be completely disconnected from ebay.. I think they are testing some faulty AI system over our accounts which knows to ban but does not unban on next evaluation cycle as per the policy. To cover this up,All ebay india team will say that restrictions were due to other reasons as well and not alone High INR/BBE rates. More sellers will get restrcited in future if they dont scrap this policy. Wake up @in_news_team.
