payoneer more than a week wait on verfication

Hi,

I submitted pan and bank statement. pan got approved immediately but bank statement is still 'pending review' now it's been more than 1 week. 

i tried contacting their support but it's just automatic message saying it takes 3 days.

any way to contact payoneer to ask them why its not getting approved?
