How to claim refund for item not delivered to customer through ebay global shipping

Hi,

 

If anyone could help me on below piece I would be grateful.

 

I use ebay global shipping platform to ship items from india, like bombino express, aramex and other services. In the last couple of months our several buyers have not received item i shiped through bombino via ebay global shipping. Buyers opened INR case and I refunded them but bombino not helping me in getting my item back or refund me atleast postage cost i inurred to ship the item i opened disputes but they close it saying that buyer need to visit local post office but buyers visited and some refusing to visit their post office. I am unable to track those parcels. What do i do here??

We understand the inconvenience you may have faced with regards to the issue reported by you.

 

Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done from our end at time. You would need to co-ordinate with your buyers to have them visit the local post office as directed by the postal team.  For tracking status  please do connect with the India Post team for further assistance.

 

Incase you do have any assigned account manager please connect with them for further guidance.

 

Once again we do regret the inconvenience faced by you.
