cannot complete kyc and no reply from inselling@ebay.com

I am unable to complete my kyc because on ebay.in   it says gst number is invalid

and i cannot list any item i get an error message which is ---To maintain a safe trading environment, eBay places limits on the number of categories sellers can list in. Currently, you do not have required permission to sell in this category. {e78269-779989x}

i have tried everything

i have mailed inselling@ebay.com  more than 50 times my business plan and the screenshot of problems i am facing but no reply from them

what to do ?

no support for indian sellers

i have chatted 100 times with customer care. 

nobdy resolves the issue.

why  ebay india is so pathetic? why dont they provide basic support service to their sellers?

You can go to https://ocsnext.ebay.in/ocs/home and write a mail regarding your issue and they will reply you back within 24 to 48 hours or early.
