Ebay not letting me list because GSTIN and IEC Code Not Updated

i have a working active gstin and iec . 

i have put that down in the ebay account settings.

there is a problem from your end that it cannot access the gstin and iec code.

Please resolve this problem.

I have given all the documents which are needed.

given gstin and iec code certificates but still it is saying that iec code and gstin needs to be awaited.

please resolve this problem
