Unable to list in my appropriate categories - Business plan successfully submitted and registered.

We are very sorry to state that we are not able list for last 10 days for want of permission to list in the product-appropriate categories for, our products, which are mainly " valuable vintage/antique STAMPS and Other Hobby Purpose COLLECTIBLES Like POSTCARDS, PHOTOS, COINS & PAPER MONEY, ENTERTAINMENT MEMORABILIA, TICKETS & EXPERIENCES etc.  

Please help expeditiously.

Needless to mention that we have already successfully registered our BUSINESS POLICY, including Payment Policy as EBAY MANAGED PAYMENT THROUGH PAYONEER, SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY.
