Regarding ebay india selling in india region

Hi i need to know whether ebay in india is working for purchasing to list my products in ebay.in for selling in indian market place . The inventory  management ,shipping process is self ship if it is going to work out for self ship in induian region. what is the charges for maintaining such self ship orders inventory .
