Not able to list more items

Since the past 20 days, I have been getting this error " Request higher selling limits"message while trying to list a new item. But, my monthly limit shows 2 more items and $103 more.

I have also written an email to eBay but no reply has been received. any help is greatly appreciated. the message which i gets is shown below in screenshot.

You can always find your selling limit in Seller Hub; here's how:

1. Go to the Overview tab of Seller Hub.
2. Scroll down and find the Monthly limits section to view your current limit.

We'll review your account every month and adjust the limits automatically based on your sales volume and the feedback you've received from buyers. Remember, your active and sold listings count toward your monthly limit.
