Inorder to start your exports on eBay from India, as a seller you need to have:

• PAN
• GSTIN
• IEC

If you wish to list on eBay.co.uk, then you do not need to register separately. You can simply use your eBay User ID & password to login on www.ebay.co.uk and list your items.
