When I attempted to start product listing on my eBay store, the following message appeared:
"You can't list, as you need to update your GSTIN and IEC on eBay. GSTIN and IEC are mandatory for sellers who are registered in India to sell on eBay. To sell on eBay, provide your GSTIN and IEC on your My eBay account settings Profile page."
Despite updating my GSTIN and IEC details multiple times, the same message continues to appear.
Please guide what can i to do.
i have also cleared cache and cookies
