About permission to sell under books category

Hi eBay community, I am registered in India and have submitted all required documentation. However, I am still receiving the following error when attempting to list:
"To maintain a safe trading environment… you do not have required permission to sell in this category" for the books category. I kindly request guidance on how to obtain approval to sell in this category.
