How to add to powership ebay

i have made total 29 sales in ebay.in with simple paisa pay method, but i am unable to add to powership method. It still shows "PENDING". How much time will take to acctivate the powership account.

Forever!! As ebay does not give power ship to anyone anymore. And I don't think they will. I had had over 200 sales + a lakh in amount yet they have not provided . Powership to me . It's business related problem that's why they no longer give shipping services. All the older seller who had powership still do
But no new seller 1-10 months ago will get powership. And it's no going to change ever . So best of luck sending your item through speed Post and messaging buyer to confirm the order which they never will.
