I HAVE PURCHASED A MOBILE PHONE ON 22ND MARCH 2006.
PAID THROUGH PAISA PAY. THEN CONTACTED THE SELLER TO DESPATCH THE PHONE. AS PER HIS MAIL HE SAYS THAT HE WILL GET THE CHEQUE ON 31 MARCH, AFTER REALISATION OF CHEQUE HE IS ABLE TO SEND THE PHONE.
ON 25TH MARCH 2006. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT .
TILL DATE THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM PAISA PAY.
WHY THE SAYS THAT THERE IS FAST & SAFE TRANSACTION THROUGH PAISA PAY.

hi,
Due to high volume of emails, paisapay team responds now after 7-13 days (my experience). You should always consult seller before paying for an item. Some seller wait till ebay sends the cheque. You can request your seller to ship the item as soon as he receives the cheque from the ebay.

Thanks for letting us know the delay you faced in receiving response from PaisaPay. We had investigated the issue and found that some members were not receiving response to their PaisaPay related questions in the stipulated time of 24-48 hours. We are already working to fix the issue and we expect to improve our response time soon.
