I have received paisa pay confirmation that money has been received...so how many days will it take for me to get the cash in my bank?

My Ebay --- Paisa Pay account --- This will show u when ur payment will be
dispatched to you ( on your registration address ) . U will receive demand draft
from HDFC BANK, Mumbai. U have to deposit that DD in bank and it will take 3 - 4
working days to get the cash in your bank

Can anyone help, i have receipt a paisa pay receipt for refund about 11 days ago and paisa pay will not answer my queries, my refund has not been in my bank account. I cannot check for my paisa pay account as i am from UK. Very angry with paisa pay and angry with seller as the seller is no longer registered. So worried that paisa pay will not pay me back my refund that does not belong to them. Seller will not assume responsibility either. Please any help. Thankyou.
