paisa has not cleared the payment.

It is regarding item #4368221098 for which buyer has paid by PaisaPay ID 45113916 but it is showing that this payment has not been cleared by paisapay. buyer has opened dispute for nonrecipt. What should be done. I have reported that i have not recived the payment. Kindly tell what i should explain to buyer, that who is at fault, me, ebay or he who paid through paisapay.
Immi response will be appriciated.
