There are 4 types of charges involved-
1.) Listing fee- It is the fees to list the product. It would be around 5 rs.
2.) Final value fee- If the product is sold you would have to pay a fees to ebay. For mobiles I guess its 2% of the value.
3.) Paisapay fee- It is the fees which ebay deducts when your product is sold. It is 4.5% and taxes.
4.) Courier fees- The fees you would pay for sending the product.
Suppose you sell a product for Rs 100-
Ebay would deduct 4.5% and taxes and you would get only around Rs 95. When the invoice is generated you would have to pay the listing fees as well as the final value fee which is 25 for mobile phones.

Hi,
Here is how it works. If you want to sell you mobile for 1000/-
Listing fees - 2 Rs
PaisaPay Facility Charges - 4.5% = 45 Rs
Final value fees - 1% for mobiles = 10
------------------------------------------------
Total = 57 Rs + Service Tax of 12.36 %
The only other think you need to consider is the shipping charges.

Team eBay India.
