i have not got my remittance for over two months, i cannot afford to sell any

sombody please help me in getting my issue resolved, i have been sending ll possible documents but my remmitance is on hold from 2 months, i have put my ac in holiday mode so i dont get orders, please help

I have also not received my COD remittance of Rs.3,362.18 sent on 16/02/2016. although i have received later remittances in my account sent on 18/02/2016. Please let me know what is the issue.
