hello, i purches touch screen alenovo a7000, and received fake and defected ,complaint ebay email me to return it. then i return it, but no refund initiatead .and seller tell replase but not assure that replace item is not fake and not defected .ebay reject my claim only ground that my mobile no is invalid.it is not true and RMN in ebay and so many times i have conversession with ebay coustmer service and resolution center of ebay by this no. ebay is not fair and this cheating and fraud.
