i paid throughdebit card 3 thousand something for a pair of shoes.i changed my mind and wanted a refund.i even talked about it with the seller.ebay quarantee* took the matter in its own hand send me some messages and finally told me my claim was rejected. in the same mail they put a remark(seperately) saying that it will take me 15 days for the refund amount to reflect in my bank account.15 days have already elapsed but theres no sign of refund amount in my account.
