I ordered a Motorola charger before a couple of weeks ago and the charger didn't work. so I asked for a refund but eBay declined my claim. so due to dissatisfaction with eBay, i gave a negative feedback to the seller. The seller contacted me the next day and asked my problem, he asked me to remove the negative feedback so that i can refund. As discussed with seller I send a remove feedback msg in the feedback email. Till now i didn't get any refund and the mobile number in which i contacted is always busy.
I am totally frustrated with the eBay and seller behavior on working with customer issues. If any one can help me in this please let me know
