Wrong adjutment

Nowadays the buyers are not marking the shipment received in Paisapay page. Even if they leave +ve feedback, ebay wont consider the item got delivered successfully and we, seller has to chase each and every single customer to let them mark item received. But most of them never care about it as they received their item.

So it takes about 15 days atleast for us after the sales date and if we are not Platinum seller, then it takes again 15 to 18 days to get our amount.

Today I was supposed to get 2 amounts. Both of them were marked as "Item Received" by the buyers 3 days back. But surprisingly I have got a hold of an amount which are irrelevant to these 2 sales. 

A buyer bought an item from me. Receied it and made a dispute that he can get a similar item for cheap in some other sites. So ebay put "Claim is yet to be processed" status for the past few days. I have sent them email, contacted ebay that the claim is not correct and it is against Ebay's selling policy.

 

Even if the claim is there, they should have put a hold on the corresponding sales amount only, right? Why they put a hold on the amount which is irrelevant to that particular sales?
