I placed order for car cover EBay item code 131313445304. It was clearly mentioned in the item discription that the cover is suitable for Chevrolet Enjoy vehicle. I paid through paisa pay ID 37621497098. I tried to contact the supplier several times by phone but there was no response. I raised a claim No 707988. After following up the EBay for more than a month, they asked me to rturn the materiak but their courier never turned up.I was constantly following up with the customer care executives who seems to be a mere information distributing people. One day I received a mail from EBay resolution centre that they tried to contact me on phone (for one time only) and since I could not attend the phone, they asked me to provide proof of despatch in 48 hours to make the refund. I immediately replied that I can not go in search of courier as I am an unhealthy aged person of 68years and requested them to arrange the courier for pickup. On third day I received amessage saying that since I failed to provide the proof of despatch, I am not eligible for refung. I never asked for refund but asked to replace with correct size cover. I do not know what to do. The following are my observations.
1.There is no comparision between Indian EBay and American EBay. Keeping name alone is not enough.
2. They is abnormal delay in resolving issues. The people who made fraudlant sales should be penalised but not honest customers who are paying in advance.
3. It my understanding (from customer care) that resolution department is supreem and can not be reachable. The donot have time to try second time caontact a customer.
The total comunication system of RBay India looks to be evasive.
4. It appears they are supportive to erring suppliers but not honest buyers who are bread and butter to any sale system. There may be vested interests of Indivisuals.
Finally, EBay is going to loose a regulor honest customer.

After my complaint, ebay never bothered to react where as the supplier was good enough to replace the item. Thanks to supplier but I still do not understand the attitude of eBay. They are very insensitive.
