Why Ebay dont reply on my emails, calls, online chat ????????

i have tried contacting ebay from past few days but they dont reply me am i have done something wrong ? i just want to talk about for refund. Is that the REASON ??

i dont know i just got a faulty product may be it was transit damage. I am not blaming anyone.  I want to order it again. but ebay is not letting me.

why ebay garantee program not helping me ?

My experience is the same. Once we sent the amount, They will never hear our words

well i got  call from ebay they are telling me that i'll get full refund but i'm still not sure that i'm gonna get anything

its been 6 days already (date of there call 15dec).

I dont think that i'm gonna get any refund. 😞
