Dear Sir Madam, With reference to my paisa pay ID 36188203578, I have purchased a mobile phone Nokia 112 on 19th April 2014 and received faulty product on 23rd April 2014. Product received • Mobile phone (Having scratch on phone) • Battery of Belief instead of Nokia I informed seller and request for reverse pickup but seller denied to do so. I had not received bill of phone. Same had been informed to ebay customer care and got claim ID 479621. I did not used product as I had to return it back to ebay. I received call from e-bay, guy told that he has investigated and there is no such issue. Product is as per description given on web site. • Now I inserted SIM in mobile and below is the observations. • Key pad of call making and # key is not working. • Software inserted in phone is of Nokia 1100. • Voice is not audible to someone to whom I call or who calls me. • Battery is not being charged in mobile. This phone is really not acceptable. I need either another mobile or my money back. Note: • Ebay customer care diverted me to go to seller they will do nothing. • Seller told that he will not do anything and have send me a message stating that, he will refund my 50% money If i return his product and changing my feedback on ebay site. • I had given negative feedback on web but I am able to see that , feedback have been changed in +ve however it was negative from my side. Both these cases are very unprofessional, unethical and crime. I need you urgent attention to resolve it. Otherwise it will force me to take legal action against ebay. I am sorry to say, but ebay is really not good e-commercial web. We go for online shopping to save our time but I need to take several follow up and nothing is happening.
