Unable to find EMI option during payment though Item is eligible for EMI

Hi There,

         Today I  brought a product, Samsung 32" HD LED TV from Ebay India for  Rs.21,000 through HDFC credit card. Though the item is eligible for EMI (can see EMI logo on the Item List), Iam unable to find the EMI option during Payment through Credit card.
