I raised a claim regarding an issue to get resolved, Actually i ordered for a Etios Men Sports shoe but seller delivered me shoe box with a Business India Magazine and some pieces of news papers. So I raised a claim to refund my money.
But unfortunaltey Ebay people called me my mobile number and i was not able to pick the call (I already informed them to contact another number in office hours but they did not). So they simply closed the claim as resolved...
Now I feel ebay also did the same like seller , Is it really a cheating game with the help of ebay people ?... Or else you should not close the claim quickly. Anyway please resolve it or else i have to think another option..
So plese reopen it and treat in a responsible manner
