Seller not responding and Paisapay is keeping quiet

PAISAPAY -> Please act immediately!!!

I have paid through my credit card online instantly to buy a emergency light from "ronithenterprise". I did not receive the item or any message from the seller. I have sent messages to the seller; no replies. I have opened a dispute console on this. Seller has sent a message with a only one word "paisapay". I asked seller by posting message to coordinate with paisapay, get the payment and send me the item immediately.

It seems that payment clearance has not been received by seller from PAISAPAY. So, I request paisapay to act fast and clear the payment to seller. The payment ID is 17150483006.

I would like to mention here that there is no use of dispute console.
