Resolution for refund.

On 3 rd July i had asked for refund status , for my PaisaPay ID : 36697643536 . Ebay took 4 days to act upon the refund claim. On 7 th due to unavailability of the seller , ebay gave 48 hrs to seller to give a resolution. Todays its 12 July and there is no update from seller or claim refund team. Seems like 48 hrs as per Ebay has yet no completed . AFter 2 times follow up with ebay team regarding the refund , both occasions i got the reply , we have forwarded it to claims department and it will take 48 hrs. Seems like ebay has a standard statement of 48 hrs for every call made for refund .

    My conclusion about Ebay is , their team, their internal processes are worst then public sector . There is no checkpoint or quality assurance, worst after sales service.
