you will surely get your refund. Reflacting amount to your bank or credit card takes some times. it may be 15 days if you have used Non Govt. banks. 

Wait 15 working days, if still payment not issue to your bank, get bank statement and forward to ebay insellerverification@ebay.com and then call 1800 209 3229 and they will surely assist you.
