Refund not received

Dear team, My refund of Rs.11697 was approved on 28.10.2014 and the same was supposed to be available in my credit card within 3 working days as the payment was made through Axis Bank credit card which is a private bank. However even after passing of 8 working days the refund has still not been made available to me. Kindly look into and refund amount paid by me at the earliest.
