I had placed an order for an iPad Air 2 on 8th December 2015. Within 12 hours of placing the order, I got a mail from eBay telling me that the payment was rejected by Paisa Pay and my refund would be processed immdiately. I had used a HDFC Credit card for payment and when I enquire at the bank, they tell me they have not received a word about the refund from eBay. But till date I have not received a word nor my refund. I have called and mailed eBay customer service more than 50 TIMES, but those frauds try to dodge my calls and give irrelevant replies or they hang up the phone for no reason. I NEED MY REFUND ASAP. My Paisa Pay ID is 41230667779. I'm attaching the mail I received from eBay. I don't know if I should be going to the consumer court or file a case at the city Police headquarters. I definitely want this issue resolved soon and I don't want a bunch of cheats from eBay to be eating my hard earned cash.
