Hello,
I bought something for the first time on ebay.in.
Since it is a high-value item (> INR 20K), I was asked
to fax my credit card and a signed authorization
form to some fax number.
I have two problems:
1) The authorization form was sent to my email
address on file, which happened to be out of date.
Hence, I never received it. After updating my
email address, an email I sent to customer
support only got the response that "we can't send
it again". Right.
2) I don't know what the fax number is: it disappeared
with my browser window.
*** Why can't all this information be posted in the
messages section for the user ?!? ***
It's really ridiculous that making a payment is
so difficult. I will be grateful if someone
can suggest a way to solve my current problem.
