On 1stApril 2006 at 1335 hrs, I had brought for the Item (9704453395)
When I won it shows the option for the payment. I choose the best option i.e. PaisaPay. I had made the ONLINE payment through NETBANKING TO PaisaPay ID 16662099020. When i click for paynow first time it shows SOME ERROR, then I again click on it. It shows the SUCCESSFULL transcation.
But when i have Checked from my bank account and found that it was showing two favourable transcations in Ebay's account details are as follows
85233/Ebay India-Paisapay - 401135621 (Ref. No.) &
85231/Ebay India-Paisapay - 401135103 (Ref. No.) .
I got the email from the Seller ID (edreammedia), he said that he has received only one payment i.e.
85233/Ebay India PaisaPay-401135621(Ref.No.)
Then where is my other payment goes. I had checked with the bank and they confirmed that the payment is made on the same day to Ebay India PaisaPay A/C.
I had ask for the refund and send email to Ebay but still not get any reply or message from EBAY TEAM.
Please tell me how could i get my money back and What I have to do in this condition.

Can anybody help me out if you have had a similar experience.
