I purchased a cell-phone from Ebay on 8th July 2005. I paid the same day and money withdrawn on 11th July 2005. Meanwhile the Seller who was having postive feedback of 92% was marked unregistered. My money is with Ebay as my bankers confirmed and i used Paisa Pay to make the payment.
I have been intouch with Ebay since past few days and they have given all possible mental tensions. Everytime they are sendig computer generated emails and after alomost a week of communication I am at the place from where i started.
Item purchased #6411116791 from SuperStores Tech was never recieved. Seller confirmed he never recieved the payment. I have no ideas what to do as i tried my best with Ebay using their support, Please help.
